60 ml (¼ cup) of mayonnaise
15 ml (1 tbsp) of tahini (sesame butter) or of peanut butter
10 ml (2 tsp) of Cooking Honey, Thai flavour
5 ml (1 tsp) of miso
5 ml (1 tsp) of maple vinegar
5 ml (1 tsp) of fresh ginger, finely grated using a microplane
2.5 ml (½ tsp) of sesame oil (optional)
2.5 ml (½ tsp) of sriracha sauce or other chili sauce
