In 2010, Citadelle joined forces with La Maison Bergevin, a family business specialized in high-end cranberry products. Armed with the Maison’s reputation for quality, Citadelle was quickly able to establish itself as one of the 3 biggest cranberry producers in the country and the only one operating on the cooperative model.
Our unique cranberry treatment process gives our dried, sweetened cranberries a pleasant texture and delicious flavour. 100% natural and GMO free, we never use stabilizers, colouring or glycerine, an additive commonly used to plump up the fruit. Add the delicately tart flavour of cranberries to your favourite dishes.
