Melon and Prosciutto Crostini with Maple Jelly
Ingredients
- 6 slices of prosciutto
- ½ small cantaloupe
- Fresh parmesan cheese, shaved into curls (about 25 g)
- 7 mL (1 1/2 tsp) maple jelly
- 12 thin baguette slices, toasted
- Freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Spread maple jelly on slices of toasted bread (approximately 1/4 tsp per slice)
- Place ½ slice of prosciutto and 1 or 2 pieces of cantaloupe on each slice
- Top with curls of parmesan and black pepper
- Serve
