Marinade for Chicken, Tuna Fillet, Salmon or Jumbo Shrimps
Ingredients
- 100 mL (1/3 cup + 1 tsp) maple vinegar
- 200 mL (3/4 cup + 2 1/2 tsp) olive oil
- 200 mL (3/4 cup + 2 1/2 tsp) maple syrup
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) Dijon mustard
- 45 mL (3 tbsp) soy sauce
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Whisk together all ingredients
- Marinate fish or poultry at least 4 hours in the refrigerator
- Grill or pan fry
