- 60 mL (1/4 cup) maple vinegar
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) olive oil
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) maple syrup
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) Dijon mustard
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) chopped fresh herbs (thyme, basil, parsley)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- ¼ red onion, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
