- In blender, mix together lemon juice, maple honey, celery, watermelon and water. Liquefy.
- Strain through a sieve by pressing with the back of a ladle to collect as much liquid as possible. (Set aside what is left in the sieve for another recipe, such as a smoothie.)
- Empty into a pitcher and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- At serving time, pour the lemonade onto ice cubes and decorate each glass with fresh mint and a watermelon wedge.
Alternative:
Add vodka, to taste, to turn this lemonade into an original cocktail!
