Ingredients

  • 125 ml (½ cup) Greek yogurt
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) maple mustard
  • 30ml (2 tbsp) fresh chopped savory
  • 4 veal cutlets
  • 15ml (1 tbsp) steak spices

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mixyogurt with maple mustard and savory. Add salt and pepper.
  2. In a frying pan, heat oil over medium heat. Cook cutlets 2 minutes on each side. Season with steak spices.
  3. Serve cutlets with yogurt & maple mustard sauce.
