Smoked Salmon Verrines with Maple Pearls
Ingredients
- 300 g ricotta cheese
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) sour cream
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) fresh dill
- 140 g smoked salmon
- 50 g (1 jar) maple pearls
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) lemon zest (optional)
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) chopped chives
Directions
- In food processor, mix ricotta with sour cream, dill, chives and lemon zest. Add salt and pepper.
- Divide half of ricotta preparation into four verrines
- Cover with half of the smoked salmon
- Divide remaining preparation and smoked salmon into verrines
- Sprinkle maple pearls on each portion
