Smoked Salmon and Maple Pearl Bites
Ingredients
- 6 slices of smoked salmon
- 100 g (7 tbsp) Cream cheese
- Fresh dill (1 small bunch)
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 60 mL (4 tbsp) maple pearls
- 12 crackers (of your choice)
Directions
- Soften cream cheese
- Blend in chopped dill and mix well
- Spread cheese on crackers
- Place ½ slice of smoked salmon on each cracker
- Add freshly ground black pepper
- Top with maple pearls (¼ tsp per cracker)
- Serve
