Maple Cappuccino
Ingredients
- 10 mL (2 tsp) maple syrup
- 1 short espresso
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) milk
Directions
- Pour the maple syrup in the bottom of the cup
- Heat and foam the milk. Set aside.
- Prepare a short espresso
- Lay one tsp of the milk mousse on the maple syrup
- Slowly pour the hot milk in the center of the mousse
- Delicately pour the espresso in the center
- Cover with the remaining mousse
- Sprinkle with maple sugar
