Ingredients

  • 125 ml (½ cup) ice cider jelly
  • 250 ml (1 cup) diced kiwifruit
  • 250 ml (1 cup) raspberries
  • 250 ml (1 cup) diced mango
  • 80ml (1/3cup) ginger maple spread

Directions

  1. Spoon ice cider jelly into four fruit dishes.
  2. In a bowl, mix fruit and scoop into fruit dishes.
  3. Heat up ginger maple spread a few seconds in the microwave.
  4. Garnish each dish with warm ginger maple spread.
