Fruit Salad
Ingredients
- 200 mL (3/4 cup + 2 1/2 tsp) maple syrup
- 250 mL (1 cup) fruit juice (pear or citrus)
- Zest of 2 limes or lemons
- 2 l (8 cups) cubed fresh fruit of your choice
Directions
- Stir together the maple syrup, fruit juice and zests. Set aside.
- Cut fruit into cubes
- Mix the fruit with the maple syrup
- Let sit for a few hours
- When ready to serve, decorate with fresh strawberries, raspberries or blueberries
